All meetings for regular session
of
Village of Kelleys Island Council are held at the Town Hall on
Division St. During the months
of May,
June, July, August, and
September, the meetings are on
the 2nd
Thursday of each month
at 7:00 pm. During the months of
October,
November, December,
January, February, March, and
April the
meetings are held on
the second Saturday of each of
the months
at 10:00 am.

of Trustees of Public Affairs
occur
the first Thursday of each month
at 7:00 pm at the Municipal
Building
at 121 Addison Street
Zoning permits are required. No building or other structure shall be erected, moved, demolished, added to, structurally altered, nor shall any building, structure, or land change in use, without a permit issued by the Zoning Inspector. The term CHANGE IN USE refers to any change in the use of the structure or parcel of land. The terms BUILDINGS OR OTHER STRUCTURES are intended to include (but are not necessarily limited to): waste treatment plants, fences, swimming pools, temporary free standing signs, along with any structure considered temporary. Nor shall any house or structure included in the Historic District be demolished without obtaining a permit. Zoning permits are valid for eighteen months.
