All meetings for regular session
of Village of Kelleys Island Council
are held at the Town Hall on
Division St. During the months
of May, June, July, August, and
September, the meetings are on
the 2nd Thursday of each month
at 7:00 pm. During the months of
October, November, December,
January, February, March, and
April the meetings are held on
the second Saturday of each of
the months at 10:00 am.

The Transfer Station located off Bookerman Road, is operated by the village for the collection of refuse. It has a summer and a winter schedule of open hours. Check the village legal posting boards for the open hours, or call 419-746-2659 (Transfer Station) or the Clerk-Treasurer's Office at 419-746-2535. There is an annual Availability Fee billing for the Transfer Station on March 15th and the payments are due by April 15th. Non-payment results in a minor mis-demeanor citation. Direct questions about the Transfer Station Availability Fee to the Clerk-Treasurer's Office (419-746-2535).
